I love entertaining in my new home.  Spending time in the kitchen making delicious sweets and treats for the holidays is so rewarding and something I love to do. When you love making treats for friends and family and need to make a large batch, you can not go wrong with making this Christmas Joy White Chocolate Chex Mix Party Mix.

Christmas Joy White Chocolate Chex Mix Party Mix

Ingredients
1 (10 oz) package pretzels (I used the small square pretzels)
1 Small Package Mini Marshmallows
5 cups Cheerios
5 cups Corn Chex
2 cups peanuts
2 (12 oz) packages plain M & M’s
3 (12 oz) packages white chocolate chips
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

In a very large bowl combine pretzels, marshmallows, cheerios, corn chex, peanuts, and M&M’S. Next, take a microwavable bowl  heat oil and white chocolate about 60 seconds, take out and stir and try again until you get a smooth texture to pour. Pour the white chocolate mixture on the chex mixture, and stir until combined all over. Place the mixture on a  sheet of wax paper. You may need more than one sheet of wax paper. Once cooled break up and put into Ziploc bags or containers to hold freshness.
