With Summer coming to a end soon, have you had your vehicle checked out recently? Are you taking a road trip? I know it is close time for me to get my oil changed. I am heading back to the beach to visit a blogger buddy on September 13th. I am so excited to meet someone I talk to daily online. Bloggers are like a family we always tend to be there for each other no matter what.
Back to my road trip—>>> Look it is Myrtle Beach, smell the crisp ocean salty air, oh and the beach waves 🙂
Things you should have checked before making a road trip:
1. Check all fluid levels
2. Check all lights
3. Keep a gallon of water for emergencies (over heating)
4. Unload all the junk in your trunk
5. Check tire pressure
To ensure your vehicle is ready to hit the road, visit JiffyLube.com to find your local Jiffy Lube service center; there, you can also find oil change coupons and promotions for your next visit. Do you ever just get in your vehicle and just drive? Take a vacation wherever the road takes you? Me? No , but it does sound like fun. I am a planner when it comes to taking a trip. I would love to take another trip to the mountains again soon.
A mountain trip is about 6 to 8 hours riding. Having my Jeep checked thoroughly before making this road trip is a must. Right now, my Jeep has the engine light showing. I can turn on the air conditioner and the Jeep acts like it wants to shut down.
My husband and I also just bought a camper and will be making a lot of road trips next summer.
Making sure our travels are safe we will make sure to have everything fully checked out before making the road trip.
What are some of the things you do before taking a road trip?
