I must say, I must have been crazy stupid to have gotten married in January. The night I got married was so cold,  low and behold my husband and I went to celebrate our 22nd anniversary weekend it was so cold and rainy. South Carolina usually has pretty mild winters and usually very enjoyable. Well, this weekend we went to the beach was so cold, I could not stand it. I am sure northern people would laugh at me. I saw people walking dogs, enjoying the beach and I watched from a far due to being cold. I made a suggestion to Beach Cove to place a fire pit some where outside.

We stayed in North Myrtle Beach at Beach Cove. When we arrived I thought we landed at one fancy hotel. Seriously, the look is so stunning from the road.

I would like to make a suggestion if you are planning a trip, visit in February. In the month of January so many places are closed such as shows. Don’t forget to pick up a coupon booklet for just about anything you could possibly imagine doing at the beach. The earlier you eat dinner out the higher the coupon value. We love going to the Original Benjamin’s in North Myrtle Beach.

Our room was like a mini apartment. I sure was not expecting that at all. We had a full kitchen, nice living room area and the beds was in a separate room.

The above picture is what you will see soon as you walk in. Our bathroom had a television, we didn’t watch the tv but it was there if we did decide to watch.

I love this view from our balcony. I can only imagine the fun times during the summer at Beach Cove.

Who is ready for a beach trip? I am ready to go back. Soon as we returned my daughter went into the hospital, then my husband got sick I think I need a getaway again.
