I have not been on very many camping trips.I have been on a few trips and thought that I would share some ideas that helped me planning my trips. We went to Busco Beach ,NC for a weekend getaway. We ride atvs and had a blast besides some minor issues with our tent.(Our tent had a hole, and it rained on me)I was not a very happy camper. My air mattress also had a hole and slept really uncomfortable.I will share some tent camping tips to hopefully help make you life easy on planning a camping trip
Soon as I got back home I made sure to hit Amazon and I purchased Pure Comfort Waterproof Flock Top Zebra Bed.My husband was not real happy because I got the cute Zebra print. I have not been on another camping trip but before we go I will be buying a new tent.I really love the style of Coleman WeatherMaster Screened 6 Tent. Most of the time the first trip camping will be the most expensive until you have all your camping gear.Once you have all your camping gear, you should have it fairly inexpensive trips.
I made some pre-made some meals before we left on the camping trip.I made biscuits and put them in a Ziploc bag.I made sausage gravy and all I had to do was warm up the gravy for a breakfast meal.I made pigs in the blanket for a quick snack.I had hamburgers and hot dogs.I had the hamburgers ready before I left home and ready for the grill.I also had chicken salad made for a quick sandwich. The main thing not to forget on a camping trip is marshmallows, gram crackers, and Hersey bars to make S’mores.
