This recipe is so simple and you can make as much as you want or as little as you want.
3 lbs of sausage (Jimmy Dean Hot/ Mild)– I used venison sausage
3 8oz cream Cheese
3 Cans Rotel
For a this stock size pot I used.
Fry the Sausage up really good.
I put in the Rotel and cream cheese and mixed really good while my meat was cooking.
